• WATCH SCAN: Utilize your phone's camera to scan the watch face and case back. The app employs image recognition technology to identify your model and seamlessly add it to your “My Watches” collection. Please note that not all models produced prior to 2005 may be recognized, and there are limitations in identifying models intended for markets outside the U.S.
• SETTING INSTRUCTIONS: Access your watch's setting instructions and specifications on-the-go, eliminating the need for keeping track of a physical manual.
• WARRANTY INFORMATION: Register your watch directly within My Citizen for enhanced protection. Safeguard your proof of purchase for quick reference and enjoy an additional year of warranty coverage at no cost (available for U.S. residents only).
